If an item is received damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible to customerservice@prodryers.com or call one of our customer service reps at 888-503-7937 and they will be able to assist you. We only have a small window in which we can file a claim with the carrier. If it has been installed, then the warranty is through the manufacture, but please still reach out to us so we can assist you along the way with the warranty process. Thank you!
