Can I install an Eemax water heater to boost the hot water coming into my kitchen sink? (i.e., not cold water)

My hot water is very slow in reaching the kitchen sink. I'd like to install an Eemax HA011240 under the sink to get the hot tap instantly. Can the inlet pipe be from the hot water supply rather than the cold water supply?
