Yes – it could work in Florida where the avg Hot Water 72° - but the HA018240 will only handle 01 shower at a time.
If you need need a unit for 02 showers simultaneously then go with the HA027240.
*also – these estimates are for normal applications – no body sprays, jacuzzi tubs or excessive hot water applications
