Thank you for reaching out to us. The Sloan ESD-400-GR or 3346182 is the Basys electronic soap dispenser with the special graphite finish. According to our rep with Sloan, they do not have a model ESD-420A-GR. This does seem to be an architectural mistake. The spec sheet has also been attached for your viewing.
