We contacted Bradley on this question for assistance and their response is below:
The MF2933 is considered ADA and Barrier-free when installed at standard height.
The clearances that Bradley references is the National ADA guidelines. State, local and county guidelines may supersede those.
The customer is responsible to check with their local municipalities for them.
