All XLerator Hand Dryers now have adjustable speed and sound controls which brings the decibel levels to a 65-75dB range which is comparable to common house hold appliances. All new XLerators come with a 1.1 Noise Reduction Nozzle which lowers the decibel level 9 dB by reducing air deflection noise. We have found that many customers are pleased with the adjustable speed and sound controls which allows the installer to find the right level that works for them.
