The XLerator Hand Dryers are not plug-in units. They are required to be hard wired by a licensed electrician. The voltage options are 110-120 Volt or 208-277 Volt. The voltage selected must match the wiring in your building. If you are not sure of the voltage in your building, your electrician should be able to provide you with that information.
